Hear now the commandment carved in your bones: you must die, every day. This is the way to break your bondage and shatter the stones

that seal your heart’s tomb. Do not delay! Let each sunrise find you reborn and free, each sunset see you surrender to clay.

Burn with the ardor of this decree. Let it sear in your consciousness bright: to truly live, dying daily is key.

Do not shy from the pyre; seek out the light of transformation with zeal and with trust. Like a fearless moth, dive into the night

flame that consumes what you are and what was. Burn, burn away the dross and the fear until only the essence remains-because

that essence is love, and it will appear each time you immolate ego and pride. In the furnace of growth, your soul shines clear.

You must die every day-let this abide as your mantra, your motto, your guiding star. Whisper it when tempted to run or hide

from change: “die today”, and see how far courage will carry you through trial’s fire. Shout it (in your soul) when comfort would bar

your evolution: “Die now to rise higher!” Let the words resound in your blood and breath. This practice is your road out of the mire.

When life tries to lull you in lazy death of complacency, routine without soul, remember to cut loose that coil like a sheath.

Shed the skin of stagnation, regain control by yielding control to the cycle of rebirth. In dying each day, you make living whole.

This is no morbid creed, but one of mirth and radical joy in constant renewal. It is affirmation of life’s true worth.

For only who has died can live dual- embracing each moment with beginner’s gaze, yet carrying wisdom ancient and cruel

to folly. By dying daily, you raise your life to art, a deliberate masterpiece. The fire you kindle within will blaze

as a beacon to others lost and in need of peace. So do not forget, not for one single day, the promise that in death your life finds release.

Write it on your heart when you begin to stray: “You must die, every day, to be truly alive.” Live this truth, let it guide your way.

In this mantra all teachings cohere and arrive: memento mori, samsara’s wheel to shatter, eternal return embraced, the phoenix dive-

all point to the same golden truth matter: that life renews itself when we yield, that to conquer life’s foe, we must die rather.

Thus, warrior of spirit, take up this shield and this sword of flame forged in nightly fire. By daily death, the power of heaven you wield.

When the final battle comes, you will not tire nor tremble-you’ll walk with eyes bright burning, for you’ve practiced heaven each day prior.

The world may not understand what you’re learning, but it will see your transformation glow. Some will fear your flame, others draw yearning

to know how you became lit from below. To each you meet, you will silently say, in your being’s example, that they too can know:

You must die, and be reborn, every day.
