Through this practice you gain resilience profound, an unbreakable spirit supple yet strong.
Through this practice you gain resilience profound, an unbreakable spirit supple yet strong. No fall can destroy you, no loss keep you down,
for you know in your core it won’t be for long- a new dawn arrives to heal and restore. Setbacks and heartbreaks in life’s tragic song
lose their finality, their fatal gore. If today you failed or stumbled hard, tonight that self dies, hurt and sore,
and tomorrow a new you will stand guard with lessons in heart but baggage left behind. Thus hope is perpetual; despair is barred.
When facing adversity seemingly unkind, you remind yourself: “This too shall end. I will be reborn from what now has pined.”
Like the moon obscured by storm you transcend, knowing the clouds will part in time’s flow. You endure midnight because dawn is your friend.
This resilience frees you to dare and go beyond comfort’s edge in pursuit of truth. You risk, innovate, unafraid of the blow,
because even if things shatter in ruth, you’ll gather the pieces at dusk’s release. Each day is a phoenix, so waste not your youth
fearing failure’s fire-embrace it in peace. Your courage surges when outcomes aren’t clung; you fight wholeheartedly, then gracefully cease.
It’s not that your cares are by magic un-sprung, but rather you trust your capacity to mend. The bell of each evening by you is rung,
signaling time to let struggles end. Thus you sleep soundly even after sorrow, knowing the night in its mercy will blend
pain into wisdom by the time of tomorrow. What breaks others upon life’s wheel of strain, you take as fuel for your inner glow.
See the willow that survives wind and rain- it bends and springs back, it does not snap. So your soul, flexible, handles pain.
By dying each day, you escape every trap that would freeze you in yesterday’s woe or pride. Your resilience is endless, a secret map
to navigate change with calm as your guide. Hope becomes habit as morning comes round. No darkness can ever permanently abide,
for you carry an ember that always is found alive in the ash, ready to ignite a new blaze of life when the sun goes down.
