Digital PDF purchases

Paid PDFs are digital goods delivered through a secure download link after Stripe confirms payment. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once the download is made available.

When to contact us

If you purchased the wrong title, were charged twice, could not access the file, or believe there was a payment error, contact us with the receipt email and book title. We will review good-faith issues case by case.

Chargebacks and fraud

Fraudulent use, payment disputes, or redistribution of paid files may result in revoked download access.
