Each morning, awaken with this thought in heart: “Today I live fully, for I may die tonight.” Let this awareness in all your acts take part.

Each time you feel anger begin to displace your wisdom, recall how soon you’ll be dust. Anger will vanish when death you embrace.

Each time ambition inflames burning lust for power or fame as if they were the goal, remember: in death all trophies encrust.

Seek virtue and joy to nourish the soul; those carry beyond the pyre’s final burn. Let each day’s efforts reflect this high role.

Each noon when pride within you does yearn, thinking “I am important, above the rest,” imagine at dusk your funeral urn.

Such thought will yield humility blessed- to treat others gently, knowing all share the same fate, the same cosmic test.

Each time deep sorrow encircles your heart, when fate deals a loss almost too great to bear, remember: through death, life will restart.

The wheel turns onward, none stays in despair; allow yourself grief, but know it will wane, and from the ashes of pain, hope repairs.

Each twilight as you prepare in prayer or reflection, do an audit of your heart. Forgive what needs forgiving, everywhere.

Do not let the sun set before you impart kind words to those you love, resolve feuds. Keep accounts balanced; death may soon depart

with you. Cleanse your spirit of toxic moods. Ask yourself: if I died before dawn’s light, have I loved well, lived well, in all amplitudes?

If something remains, and you still have night, then do it or say it-do not delay. But if it must wait, be at peace outright.

Each night, release the cares of the day; imagine your soul handing them to flame. Sleep as if it were forever you lay.

And if fortune grants a new morn the same, rise like a newborn, unburdened and clear. Carry forth only wisdom, not blame.

Every day, practice this cycle sincere: live fully, let go, die and be reborn. In this, life’s essence will crystallize dear.
