Rank by danger
First protect shelter, utilities, transportation to work, legal safety, health, and income. High-interest debt matters, but not all late payments carry the same immediate consequence.

“I am reviewing my account and need to understand my options before this becomes worse. Can you explain hardship plans, due-date changes, fee waivers, payment plans, or written dispute procedures?”
Write down the date, representative, reference number, and promised next step.
