Documents, contacts, and records to keep in one place before pressure rises.
The emergency folder is not paranoia. It is mercy for future-you.
Core documents

Digital backup
Keep paper copies and secure digital copies. Do not rely only on a phone. A dead battery should not erase the household’s memory.

Gather the documents you already have. Missing documents become a second list, not a reason to stop.
