Avoid excesses that dull the mind or weaken the heart.
Rest when you are weary – even the lion must sleep.
Do not poison yourself with what you know will harm you.
A clear mind dwells in a healthy body.
By caring for your body, you honor the gift of life that Ma’at has given.
