A strong fit

You are capable. The current system is not carrying the goal.

Coaching is most useful when the issue is not a lack of intelligence or ambition, but the gap between what matters and what repeatedly gets done.

01

A serious goal is not moving

The project, qualification, transition, or professional objective matters—but action remains irregular or unclear.

02

You need a clean decision

Several paths are competing for attention and you need a disciplined way to examine facts, trade-offs, and next steps.

03

You know more than you execute

The issue is no longer information. It is structure, attention, accountability, and consistent follow-through.

04

Your next level needs a system

You are taking on greater responsibility and want stronger preparation, communication, habits, and review.

The Performance Cycle

Think clearly. Act deliberately. Review honestly.

The work moves through four repeatable stages. The aim is not dependence on a coach. It is a stronger method for making progress after the engagement ends.

  1. 01

    Clarity

Define the result, the facts, the standard, and what must be prioritized.

  2. 02

    Strategy

Choose the leverage point, sequence the work, and anticipate predictable obstacles.

  3. 03

    Execution

Convert intention into scheduled action, environmental support, and visible measures.

  4. 04

    Review

Examine what actually happened, learn without drama, adjust the system, and continue.

More than conversation

The work becomes visible.

Each engagement uses simple documents to turn insight into decisions, decisions into action, and action into evidence. You leave with a system you can continue using.

01

Performance Map

A one-page view of the goal, current pattern, obstacles, resources, leverage point, and first experiment.

02

Goal Contract

The outcome, milestones, lead actions, trade-offs, support, decision rules, and review schedule.

03

Weekly Scorecard

A small set of client-chosen behaviors and outcomes tracked to create useful evidence—not surveillance.

04

Action Brief

The decision, next action, time and place, likely obstacle, planned response, and evidence to bring back.

05

90-Day Continuation Plan

A practical structure for carrying progress forward after the formal engagement ends.

Kevin Michel, MS

Performance Coach

Kevin holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. He is an author and independent researcher whose work explores attention, discipline, decisions, meaning, behavior, and the movement from ideas into action.

His coaching style is calm, direct, structured, and practical. He listens carefully, asks precise questions, challenges inconsistencies respectfully, and helps clients convert insight into commitments they can actually test.

The aim is not empty encouragement or performance theatre. It is clearer thinking, credible action, honest review, and a system the client can own.

Coaching—not clinical care.

Kevin Michel Performance Coaching provides nonclinical services focused on goals, decisions, habits, accountability, communication, and performance. It does not provide psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, psychological testing, crisis intervention, medical advice, or treatment for mental-health conditions. Questions

The practical details.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is nonclinical performance coaching focused on goals, decisions, habits, accountability, communication, and forward action. It does not provide psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, psychological testing, crisis intervention, medical advice, or treatment for mental-health conditions.

Who is the work designed for?

Adults carrying a meaningful professional, academic, creative, business, or personal-development goal. A good client is willing to think honestly, make decisions, complete work between sessions, and review evidence.

What happens in a coaching session?

We review prior commitments, agree on the most useful outcome for the session, examine the current pattern, identify a leverage point, and design specific next action. Sessions are conversational, but they are not unstructured conversations.

Are sessions confidential?

The service is designed to be private and discreet. The coaching agreement explains confidentiality, its practical and legal limits, record handling, and any exceptions that may apply. Absolute secrecy is never promised.

Where are sessions held?

The launch service is designed primarily for private in-person sessions in Saint Lucia, with online sessions available by arrangement. Exact location and scheduling details are confirmed during onboarding.

What if coaching is not the right service?

Kevin will say so. Where a request falls outside coaching scope or another professional would be better placed to help, the engagement may be paused or an appropriate referral recommended.

Next step

Bring one serious goal into focus.

The introductory call is a focused 15-minute conversation to understand the goal, explain the service, and decide whether coaching is an appropriate fit.
