The Power of Perception

Thought wields a mighty force, warping our very sight,
A lens to guide our vision through the darkness of the night.
Our worlds, they pulse and swirl with life, alive and breathing things,
And each new moment holds the power to shape the life that springs.
With every thought, we weave a tapestry anew,
A world that molds to our desires, gleaming bright and true.
And in this power, we grasp a key to change and growth,
To shatter limits, shift perceptions, and leave old ways for both.
The mind’s potential to craft a reality,
Is a gift we must use with humility and generosity.

The Illusion of Separation

We cut ourselves from one another, with a blindness, born of fear,
A notion that we stand alone, in this life, so dear.
A world that seems so distant, and so vastly, hard to see,
Yet, it all exists within us, in a reality we can make be.
We warp our own perceptions, with the facts that we believe,
A fallacy of separateness, that stops what we could receive.
The love, the grace, the beauty, that surrounds us every day,
Yet, we shut it out, and in so doing, our selves we do betray.
The truth that we are all one, in a cosmic tapestry,
A grand design, where every thread, is woven artfully.
And in this unity, we find a sense of peace and calm,
That juxtaposes all the fear that leaves us feeling so alarmed.
We must get out, we must break free, from the delusions we create,
And see the world for what it is, with a vision, oh, so great!
For in that world, we can find a love so bright and warm,
That will light our way, and lead us to a joy amidst the storm.

The Nature of Thought

The mind be it so curious, with a power that is divine,
A force that can shape the world, a force to make it thine,
Its nature is strange, a mystery foretold,
Vast and endless in its space, thoughts therein unfold.
You shall use this knowledge, and be bold,
To shape your thoughts, and to reach your goal,
For in the nature of your mind, you’ll find,
The power to change the world while being kind.
The mind is a tool, so use it right,
Achieve your dreams, pursue your light,
With each held thought you change your fate,
Use your mind-tear down the gates.
