Look for recurring themes or triggers that may indicate imbalances. In pages sages, stages of our days we write in tone, a mirror clear, in here, our fear, our cheer, not lone. Unveiling, sailing, hailing, prevailing, in words we drown, therapeutic, poetic, magnetic, empathic, in our gown. Daily, gaily, frailly, wholly, our journal keeps, a history, mystery, in blistery, script it leaps. In review, anew, the clues, accrue, in heaps, insights, ignites, delights, in heights, it peeps. For me, when I have conversations with friends, family, and colleagues at work, I remind myself of the dynamic exchange of energy that is occurring in the quantum field. (One proxy-measure of neurotransmitter levels is the shifts in feelings of esteem and motivation - if you talk to someone and you leave with a feeling of importance, that’s a good proxy-indicator that your serotonin levels were elevated by the interaction. If you feel smaller from the interaction, that is a hint that your serotonin levels have been decreased.) Journaling can help you keep track of the conversations that affect your energy in one direction or another. As the scientist, this documentation of your states is the analytical process that is part of your quantum research - it is the analytical process as you research the nature of your emotions and the impact of your emotions on your force within the quantum field. When we started you were the farmer, and now too, you are the scientist. A good promotion? You are in all things. You plant the crops, you are the crops, you experience the emotions, you are the emotions, you experience the field, and you are the field.
